Concept
This is the beginning of the creative process, we want to listen to you, know your need and embrace that dream with you. We give you a board with the selection of materials, finishes and color palette that define the style of your project.

Design
At this stage, our team begins to transfer the ideas defined in the concept, translating them into 3D representations and preliminary plans.

Development
Once the preliminary presentation and central idea proposed have been approved, all the necessary planimetry for the execution of the project is carried out.

Studio Paredes carried out a redesign of one of our locations, in which we had problems for growing, due to the irregular shape of the land and preexisting buildings. Through an optimal and innovative design, we even managed to improve the architectural facades and obtained a better use of existing and new spaces. We are 100% satisfied and happy with the result.
