The land location for this project gave us many elements to consider. Our proposal was to raise the house above ground level, so that from it, the landscape that surrounds it can be better appreciated, in this case, a view of a beautiful lake located around the house. We also took advantage of natural lighting with large windows.

We invite the use of outdoor areas with corridors along the front and rear social area, generating shade.
The selected modern colonial style is a property that blends with the nature around it, using materials such as wood and stone, providing character, resistance, and warmth.
