Finding beauty where no one sees is one of the things we are most passionate about. The Paredes spouses were looking for their retirement home. They were in love with a beautiful property in front of the residential park in El Barrial, which had a deteriorated building, without aesthetics and an inadequate distribution.

We presented a new proposal, a modern farmhouse style, providing warmth, expanding the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. We also seek to improve natural lighting through windows.

We loved the result! Now they receive their children and grandchildren and enjoy this cozy house.
